1. Introduction

Welcome to RONCEM DESIGN (“I,” “me,” “my,” or “RONCEM DESIGN”).

Where applicable, third-party trademarks, logos, images, products, or brand materials remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Portfolio Project Representation

Some projects displayed on the Website may represent completed client work, personal projects, concept designs, redesign concepts, or selected examples of my skills.

  • Budget
  • Timeline
  • Business requirements
  • Design or development requirements
  • Other relevant project information

After reviewing your inquiry, I may contact you to discuss the project, clarify requirements, determine availability, and provide a quotation or proposal where appropriate.

All quotes and estimates are subject to the final project scope and requirements.

7. Project Agreements

Before work begins on a paid project, the client and RONCEM DESIGN may enter into a separate agreement, proposal, statement of work, or other written confirmation.

The project agreement may define:

  • Scope of work
  • Deliverables
  • Project timeline
  • Fees and payment schedule
  • Number of revisions
  • Client responsibilities
  • Intellectual property ownership
  • Licensing
  • Third-party services
  • Cancellation terms
  • Maintenance and support
  • Other project-specific requirements

If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general Website Terms & Conditions, the project-specific agreement will generally control for that particular project.

8. Pricing & Payments

Project pricing depends on the scope, complexity, requirements, timeline, and services involved.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Quotes are based on the project requirements available at the time of estimation.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
  • Changes to the project scope may affect the final price and timeline.
  • Payment schedules will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Third-party costs may be billed separately where applicable.

Examples of third-party costs may include hosting, domains, Shopify subscriptions, paid apps, premium themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, or other external services.

9. Project Scope & Additional Work

Work requested outside the agreed project scope may be treated as additional work.

Examples include:

  • Additional pages
  • New features
  • Additional design concepts
  • Significant design changes
  • Additional revisions
  • New integrations
  • Additional functionality
  • Changes to previously approved work

Additional work may require a revised estimate, additional payment, or an updated timeline.

I will communicate significant scope changes with the client before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

10. Revisions & Client Feedback

The number of included revisions will depend on the individual project agreement.

Clients are expected to provide clear and consolidated feedback where possible.

Significant changes to previously approved designs, layouts, functionality, or project direction may be considered additional work.

Delays in receiving required feedback, content, approvals, or assets may affect the project timeline.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, content, credentials, and approvals necessary to complete the project.

This may include:

  • General technical support

Maintenance services do not automatically include new features, redesigns, major development work, or significant changes unless specifically agreed upon.

14. Intellectual Property for Client Projects

Ownership and licensing of completed project materials will depend on the individual project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment for a project does not automatically transfer ownership of:

  • Third-party software
  • Plugins
  • Themes
  • Fonts
  • Stock photography
  • Licensed assets
  • Third-party applications
  • Open-source software
  • Platform code
  • Other materials that are not owned by RONCEM DESIGN

For client projects, any liability will be governed primarily by the applicable project agreement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
